Back in the early 2000’s, the Willis Family of Prescott conceived the idea of a nicer, more reliable ground transportation service between Prescott and Phoenix. As such, Willis Sedan Service was created. It was Prescott’s first upscale Black Car Service that connected central Arizona to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
