Hourly Charter Rates

Executive Sedan (up to 4 pax) —————- $110 per hour (3hr min)

Cancellation Policy // Comms // Advance Payments // CNP Transactions

We require at least 48-hours notice for cancellations and reservation changes. Other than weather, medical issues or airline-related problems, cancellations that occur with less than 48-hours notice will be considered billable fares
Customer is responsible to fully communicate to us any missed connections, flight cancellations, re-bookings, trip changes, diversions, or any other information that affects us picking you up at Sky Harbor

Prepayments can be received in advance for future transfers & charters; however if canceling a trip that was prepaid on a credit card, the refund will be subject to a 7% fee (our cost)
Credit card transactions which are not physically swiped through our readers (card-not-present) are subject to a 2.5% fee (our cost)

Service Fees

To insure our perpetual 24-hour / 365 day per year driver availability, a 30% gratuity will be added to the following trips:

Pick-ups between 11 PM and 4 AM

Trips booked on Federal Holidays

On-demand trips booked with less than 24-hours notice

I-17 Construction

If we have to re-route through Wickenburg because of construction closures on I-17, the sedan rate between PHX Sky Harbor and the Quad Cities will be $275 (includes gratuity)
