Hourly Charter Rates

Cancellation Policy // Comms // Advance Payments // CNP Transactions

  • We require at least 48-hours notice for cancellations & reservation changes. Other than weather, medical issues or airline-related problems, cancellations that occur with less than 48-hours notice will be considered billable fares
  • Customer is responsible to communicate to us any missed connections, flight cancellations, re-bookings, trip changes, diversions, or any other information that affects us picking you up at Sky Harbor
  • Prepayments can be received in advance for future rides; however if canceling a trip that was prepaid on a credit card, the refund will be subject to a 7% fee (our cost)
  • Credit cards that are not physically swiped through our readers (card-not-present transactions) are subject to a 2.5% fee (our cost)

Service Fees

To insure our perpetual 24-hour driver availability, a 33% gratuity will be added to the following trips:

  • Pick-ups between 11 PM and 4 AM
  • Trips booked on Federal Holidays
  • On-demand trips booked with less than 24-hours notice
I-17 Closures

If we have to re-route through Wickenburg because of an I-17 closure, the sedan rate between PHX Sky Harbor and the Quad Cities will be $275 (includes gratuity)
